Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email within 24–48 hours. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive the shipping confirmation.

Delays & Lost Packages

ViralFinds is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or events beyond our control. If your package has not arrived within 30 days of your ship date, please contact us at support@viralfinds.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. ViralFinds is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
