Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your order number or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@viralfinds.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@viralfinds.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may request photos of the damage to process your claim.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items (for hygiene reasons), and hazardous materials. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
